No More Camouflage

Spring break finally begins on Friday. Not that I’m totally getting a break really because I’m going to try to get some serious work done on my online classes that I haven’t had time to work on because of my other classes, work, and sorority stuff. But I should have no problem busting out a bunch of work in order to get them done. 

Fun fact about me: as of today I’ve been dating the same guy for 3 years. 

This is an older picture from Senior Prom but we still look pretty spiffy. ;) I know that so many girls say things like “I don’t know what I’d do without him, etc etc” but…they’re right. Or at least, I feel the exact same way. He’s always been there. (Sometimes when I may not have wanted him there. :P) He’s given me encouragement and confidence especially when I was low on it. I also learned a very important lesson from this relationship. Those kids on the bus that sometimes make fun of you, or poke fun maybe. The kids that just seem to kid around with you. They might end up being your other half. If someone had told my 8th grade self that I was going to date the kid that told me blonde jokes (and that I sometimes told blonde jokes back to) I would’ve laughed and called them crazy. Yet, I can’t imagine myself with anyone else. So, here’s to 3 years. And hope for many more.
